A Lucky Piece Retreat & Hunting Lodge
Quiet Piney Woods setting on the Lumberton/Silsbee edge of Hardin County. Local points of interest within short drives include Village Creek State Park (outdoor recreation, canoeing, trails), small-town amenities in Silsbee and Lumberton (dining, grocery, local golf courses), and larger-city shopping/healthcare in Beaumont. The vibe is rural/suburban with lots of trees and outdoor recreation nearby.
Primary transport is by private car; the area has limited public transit. Walkability is low except within small town centers (Silsbee/Lumberton). Rideshare coverage (Uber/Lyft) may be intermittent; plan to rent a car for visitors. Regional buses and private shuttles run between Beaumont/Houston and some surrounding towns but schedules are limited. For outdoor access, roads are suitable for passenger vehicles; some rural lanes may be narrow or unpaved.
Parking is convenient. Just pull up to the concrete slab before the cabin.
As you are actually in nature, you may encounter God’s creatures of the woods.
As Rock’N Dollar Ranch is also a venue possibility for sounds of music on Saturday Nights.
